Booking an activity

You book activities on our partners' websites. Your booking is with the partner or operator identified at checkout, and their terms apply to payment, cancellations, changes and refunds. Read those terms before paying. Adding an activity to your basket or trip plan does not reserve it.

Prices and availability

Prices shown are starting prices in the listed currency. Dates, available spots, inclusions and prices can change. Confirm the final price and booking details on the partner's page before you book.

We earn a commission on bookings through our links. Your price stays the same. See our affiliate disclosure.

Trip plans

Our AI creates a suggested itinerary around your choices. Times, transfers and suggested areas to stay are estimates, and a plan may contain mistakes. Check opening hours, travel times, entry requirements and suitability before booking or traveling. A plan is not a reservation; flights, hotels and activities need to be booked separately.

Help from an advisor

Asking an advisor to help is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. The advisor will discuss the arrangements, costs and applicable booking terms with you before you commit.

Antarctica expeditions

Our Antarctica page introduces expeditions available through Unsold Antarctica. Inquiries and bookings made there are covered by that site's terms and the terms of the expedition provider.

Using the site and its content

You can use our pages, share links and give your plan to a travel assistant to help organize your trip. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit misleading information or republish our content as your own. Photos and operator logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Your information

Give us accurate contact details when requesting a plan or advisor help. Anyone with your trip link can read the plan, so share it with care. Our privacy notice explains what we collect and how to request deletion.

Responsibility and your rights

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot guarantee that every detail is current or that the site will always be accessible. The booking partner and operator are responsible for the travel services they agree to provide. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Updates to this site's terms do not change the terms of a booking you have already made.
